It’s a pleasure to receive your reply. We would like to keep you update about some information below:

The National Council of Vietnam Scouting is sending a delegation of scouts to the 26th  Jamboree in Philippines. Besides the presence of our scouts, we are going to open an exhibitive pavilion to introduce Vietnamese culture to international friends on this occasion. We are requesting the authoritative permission for our participation in the Jamboree and hopefully it will be acepted as before. Also, we were heard that Vietnam Scouting group (Pham Quang Thuy) are preparing for their participation.

APR

We can only send one Senior ALT, who attended the ALT course facilitated by Mr. Youngyudh in 2007 to participate in the Course CLT/APR in Malaysia. This is a young senior who speaks very good English. We would like to send information for registration if ARP approves.

Regarding our presence at 23rd APR Scout Conference in Malaysia, Vietnam Scouting National Council will send a group of 3 key leaders to participate as observers. Hopefully we will receive the authoritative permission. As you may know, the approval of the authority is a must to our operations in Viet Nam.
